Jason has over 14 years of construction experience and a bachelor degree from Purdue University in Construction Management. Most recently he has completed the construction of over 15 different animal care facilities ranging from 2,000 s.f. to 12,500 s.f.. In addition to his animal care facility experience Jason has also worked on the following diverse projects:

• A 47 story high rise condominium in downtown Chicago with a construction value of $120 million
• A Recreation/Aquatic Center for the University of Illinois Chicago with a construction value of $30 millions
• A 10,000 SF Disaster Recovery Data Center, construction valued at $ 10 million
• Corporate Headquarter build out for Anixter Corporation, construction valued at $10 million.
• Project management on high end commercial interiors including, Northern Trust Bank, Anixter Corporation, Wiss Janey Elstner, International Interiors Design Association, Izzy Design, Aspire.

By combining his high end tenant interior experience with his high rise construction Jason ensures both architectural integrity and rapid project delivery. Jason has worked with complex HVAC and Mechanical systems required for state of the art animal care facilities. He works closely with the clients, architects, and local code officials to ensure the project meets and exceeds the project team’s expectations. Jason’s responsibilities include estimating, contract negotiations, site supervision, building code issues/inspections, contractor coordination, scheduling including owner supplied items to name a few.
